The Peter Cullen Trust is inviting Expressions of Interest from outstanding leaders to join our Board of Directors.
As the Trust enters the next phase of its Strategy 2025–2030, we are seeking two-three new Directors who are passionate about courageous leadership and committed to creating lasting impact across Australia’s water, environment and climate sectors.
For more than fifteen years, the Peter Cullen Trust has developed leaders, fostered collaboration and encouraged informed conversations that help address Australia’s most complex water and environmental challenges.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can bring expertise or lived experience in one or more of the following areas:
- First Peoples leadership
- Government relations
- Philanthropy and strategic fundraising
- Marketing
We also welcome applicants from diverse professional backgrounds and lived experiences who share our commitment to good governance, collaboration, diversity of thought and leadership for public benefit.
Board appointments will be made at the 2026 Annual General Meeting for an initial three-year term.
Board service is voluntary (pro bono). Directors participate in four Board meetings each year, together with committee work and selected Trust activities.
