2027 Leadership Program – Information Session
Do you – work in science, systems, advocacy, policy or management of water, climate and the environment?
Are you – passionate about working with others to make a real difference in how our natural resources are managed, sustainably and equitably?
Can you – demonstrate success in your current field of endeavour AND the potential to take on or enhance your leadership role in the future?
If you answered yes to all of the above – then this is your tribe.
If you are an employer of someone else who fits the bill – this Program should be on your radar too.
More than a Leadership Program
Previous participants in Peter Cullen Trust Leadership Programs have been intentionally drawn from diverse backgrounds:
- rural, regional, urban context;
- working in water, climate and environment;
- engaged with water authorities, community groups, research, irrigation, non-government organisations, industry, consultants, government agencies and more.
Here’s what some recent Program graduates say:
- “The PCT Leadership Program taught me that leadership is not static, it evolves through self-awareness, vulnerability, and adaptability. By leading with both head and heart, listening deeply, and building a team mindset, I was able to contribute to a culture of trust and growth. These lessons will stay with me long after the program, shaping how I show up as a leader and how I support others in their development. (Emmanuelle Clarke, Fellow 2025, Engagement and Team Development Lead, Power and Water Corporation)
- “The Program connected me with extraordinary women who created space for the kind of vulnerability that changes you. Through this shared experience and our conversations, I was reminded that leadership isn’t about having answers; it’s about sitting in discomfort and showing up authentically. Together, we held each other accountable and showed each other what real strength looks like.” (Alberta Guadagnini, Fellow 2025, Marketing and Communications Specialist, Healthy Land and Water)
