This session kicks off our PD Day of “Extreme Teaming”, but is offered as a stand-alone event, and is separately registered.

Light breakfast provided from 7.00am for a 7.30-10.00am agenda including welcome, scene-setting, panel and Q&A, table discussions and round-up.

Extreme Teaming: Fellows Professional Development Day

PD Day Program summary:

Our May PD Day – designed by Fellows for Fellows – is a timely opportunity to re-engage with an exceptional network of people who seek to speak truth to power.

Across the day we will hear from Professor Cynthia Mitchell, Friend of the Trust and a leading advisor and thinker around how we transform ourselves, our systems, and our institutions to create a legacy of which we are proud. We will unpack the concept of Extreme Teaming and how we can leverage our networks to tackle a complex and uncertain future; explore the Voice To Parliament in a safe environment to prepare to navigate the myriad of views in our communities and organisations while upholding our personal values; engage with prominent Fellows and their leadership journeys; and learn from the collective achievements and experiences through networking and panel sessions.

Full Program will be available to download soon.
