Now that Our Strategy 2025-2030 is formally launched, we invite Fellows and Friends to join our senior leadership team in an exploration of our Strategy, our Principles and our Priorities. Many members of our network contributed generously to the development of the Strategy and its elements, and we are pleased to come full circle and share how that input has helped to shape our vision for the future.
A Bit About Our Strategy
Galvanised by our Purpose, guided by our Principles and energised by our Priorities and Actions, the Board and staff of the Peter Cullen Water and Environment Trust are proud to launch Our Strategy for 2025-2030.
Not another bottom drawer report, Our Strategy 2025-2030 is the culmination of many hours of external consultation, internal review and reflection, and the painstaking creation of words and images that authentically share our “head, heart and hands” commitment to the transformative work of the Peter Cullen Trust over the next five years.
The narrative invites you on a journey – where we’ve come from, where we’re going and how we’ll get there – weaving the integrity of our five Principles, our Statement of Commitment to Reconciliation and Self Determination, and our three strategic priorities into a picture of what contemporary, courageous leadership for change looks like. And how we will contribute to achieving it.
