Women in Water Leadership Program

We need to harness the full diversity of skills and perspectives in our society in order to manage the complex issues of our times, effectively.

Designed by women, for women

Women are under-represented at the leadership table, particularly across the STEM, policy and governance fields.

We also know that organisations with gender diversity in leadership out-perform those with largely male-dominated governance structures.

We need to harness the full diversity of skills and perspectives in our society in order to manage the complex issues of our times, effectively.

The Peter Cullen Water and Environment Trust offers a bespoke approach to women’s leadership – by offering a program just for women in the water and environmental management sector.  It largely follows the same approach as our Science to Policy Program, but offers time and space to learn, share and reflect on those challenges pertaining just to women.

Artboard 1

“You are completely immersed, it enables you to break down barriers and this is about working through the process together. I’ve got more out of this two weeks than anything I’ve ever done, ever.”
